This is our collaboration with our friends at Ocelot Brewing Company and it comes in at 7.5% abv. We took some of what we love about Why the Gong Face and some of what Ocelot likes to do when they make their hazy juicy IPA’s and put them together. We added loads of oats to the mash to make this one nice and soft. We added Citra and Nelson Sauvinhops in the kettle and then blasted this one with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops for a double dry hop. We fermented this juice bomb with our house Norwegian yeast to add it’s tropical stamp.
