Liquid creativity meets scientific precision to craft a truly unique experience.

Hours of effort are poured into each pint from concept to commercialization to bring the perfect balance of complexity of brewing science, bold creativity, and local ingredients.

Although the combination of ingredients sounds extreme, every element is carefully chosen to create a unique balanced beer. From the fresh bread produced by a neighborhood bakery that goes into the Beer Kvass to the local carrots and cucumbers grown by surrounding farms that go into the Quick Pickle Gose.

Benchtop takes pride in creating many styles with a passion for precision from the flagship IPA to the carefully crafted Pilsner. These high-quality staples are always there to quench your thirst until you are ready to try our newest boldest creation.

The Oyster Gose, for example, is a nod to our local community filled with bold flavor. We use freshly harvested local oysters that added a richness and gentle salinity that compliments the lemony tartness from the Lactobacillus, the citrus burst from the Indian Coriander, and lemon zest.  This beer brought Benchtop a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2017, just 8 months after we opened the taproom doors.
