From 3-5, we’re going to get funky with Owl Spool Kefir, Ninja Kombucha, and Wild Earth Fermentation. Try samples from some of the best in RVA’s fermented food scene and even take some home if you’d like.  DJ J Dream will bring the beats (not the beets)! 😉
