Hop Harvest – Sensory Experience
The Master Brewers National Conference (MBAA) is being held in VA Beach this year. As part of this, we are hosting a hop harvest sensory event.
When: Saturday October 24 2026 1:30pm-3:30pm
Why: Each year our hop supplier Crosby Hops sends us samples from hop harvest so that we may evaluate them for aroma and choose our hop lots to brew with. We are sharing that experience with anyone curious about how the sauce is made.
What to expect: There will be hop samples available to rub, smell, and evaluate.
